Jill's junk doctoral thesis?

There's been a lot of debate this week about USA presidential contender, Joe Biden's, wife's educational status and the quality of her doctoral thesis/dissertation, completed at the University of Delaware in 2006-07.

One prominent USA TV host even suggested Ms Biden could be "borderline illiterate."

For mine, all I'll say is, if this is all that's required to get a doctorate nowadays, then over the course of my career I've completed the requirements for at least 10 of the things.
